WhatsApp templates are managed by Steddi via Twilio. We provide standard templates for common delivery events (confirmation, tracking, proof of delivery, etc.). If you need a custom template, just request it and we’ll set it up — approval typically takes up to 48 hours. SMS and email templates can be edited directly in your dashboard.
When a customer receives a delivery notification, they can click the confirmation link in the message to confirm. On Pro and above, this updates the order automatically. On Starter, you’ll need to manually check and update the order.
Yes, on Premium and Enterprise plans. Drivers can photograph receipts and submit expenses directly from the driver app.
