Is there a contract?

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 28-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

What happens after the trial?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't continue, your data is saved for 30 days.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

What's included in the base price?

Your admin dashboard, customer portal, and the number of vehicles listed for your plan. The driver app is charged separately per route.

How does driver app pricing work?

Charged per completed route. A route is counted when the driver starts their journey, regardless of how many stops are on it.

What counts as a vehicle?

Each vehicle in your fleet that you manage through Steddi counts towards your plan's vehicle limit.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay your base plan price + extra vehicles (if needed) + driver app usage + SMS credits. That's it.

Which plans include warehouse features?

The full Warehouse suite is available on Grow and Enterprise: scan IN and scan OUT (loading), warehouse locations, returns management, stock management with QR labels, and issue tracking. Ready and Steady don't include warehouse features.

What is stock management?

Stock management lets your customers store inventory in your warehouse with full QR label tracking. Each unit gets unique labels, can be assigned to warehouse locations, and tracked through stock-in, stock-out, and collection events. Available on Grow and Enterprise plans.

What is auto-confirmation?

When a customer replies to confirm their delivery, Steady and above process this automatically. On Ready, you need to manually check and update the order.

Can drivers submit expenses through the app?

Yes, on Grow and Enterprise plans. Drivers can photograph receipts and submit expenses directly from the driver app.

What does the Enterprise plan include?

Everything in Grow, plus volume pricing, collection routes and invoicing at no extra charge, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, 4-hour response SLA, and quarterly business reviews.
